We are looking for a Sales Product Manager who will be in charge of experiential and sustainable product acquisition in different strategic locations in Italy and abroad. 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Managing and monitoring the Product Team 
  • Carrying out market research to define target destinations 
  • Developing sales strategies & B2B/B2C marketing flows aimed at acquiring new suppliers  
  • Drawing up contracts and defining sales terms & conditions 
  • Organizing suppliers’ onboarding and retention 
  • Representing the company at industry events, trade exhibitions both online and offline
  • Working closely with the other business units and being responsible for the growth o the product team

You are ideally…

  • Passionate about sport, active tourism and sustainability 
  • A professional with at least 5 years of B2B sales experience 
  • Knowledgeable of the tourism market field 
  • A person with digital skills  
  • Skilled in Project Management 
  • Able to use GDS and booking software programs
  • Able to use software programs and CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot) 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong in analytical, communication and organizational skills
  • Proactive and able to work with autonomy, thinking outside the box, self-starting problem solver and target driven
  • Able to evaluate results and develop long-term strategies based on suppliers’ trust
  • Fluent in Italian and English (C1)

  • A person with a deep knowledge of the main CRM tools 
  • Data-driven data geek (a clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics, statistics, tools)
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices about online marketing 
  • Capable of taking ownership of your projects and lead them to success
  • Experienced in using content creation and distribution platforms 
  • Skilled in managing and tracking campaign performance with Google Analytics
  • Strong in digital marketing, social media and HTML 
  • A person with a high level of understanding of frontend and backend development
